As a courtesy to our lash stylists and other clients we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place. Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Thanks beautiful clients xo

Shipping
Free Express Shipping/Postage is included if you spend over $150 however this does not apply for Eyelash Extension Kits and Salon Beds.
Product RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send the purchased item back to us and not to the manufacturer.
Eyelash Glues/Adhesives/Lash Primer/Gel Remover will not be eligible for return unless the item is unused and in the original packaging. It is the Eyelash Technicians responsibility to be aware of the risks involved with clients and allergies to the components of eyelash extension glues. We will not accept refunds based on the fact that clients are allergic to the Cyanoacrylate components of the glue.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
PRODUCTS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SERVICES
Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions or eyelash extension glue is not foreseeable by our highly skilled staff. You may not even realise that it is possible to develop allergies to the components in the glue. This is why we run through a thorough consultation with you to ensure you are aware of the risks and possibility to reactions and allergies. If a reaction/allergy does occur, please contact us immediately to have the eyelash extensions removed for free. Our policy is to offer a free removal service initially and to provide a voucher of $50 - $100 to be spent on other services we provide.
We recognise that sometimes the longevity of eyelash extensions can be affected and circumstances can not be foreseeable due to a vast amount of factors that can affect longevity, including change in weather, temperature, wet conditions, environmental conditions, glue issues, lash cycles, etc. If you come across a situation whereby your eyelash extensions fall off prematurely, due to the vast amount of factors that can cause this issue, sometimes it is difficult to pinpoint exactly what the issue is however we will try our very best to fix the issue and to provide a free refill as a resolution. Unfortunately we can not offer a full refund as it covers the products / staff wages & time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

booking AND CANCELLATION policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Deposit and Cancellation fee will now apply. We apologise for the change in policy however this ensures that it filters out those who are unreliable with their appointments and frees up room in the schedule for those who really want to have their lashes done.
Please note that we work on an appointment-only basis and we hope that you will appreciate that we are setting aside time specifically for you when you make an appointment.
All appointments now require a 50% deposit (non refundable) upon booking via paypal, bank transfer or phone payment
A minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. We need this time to be able to call our clients on the waiting list and to change the staff roster. If we are given less than 24 hours' notice and are unable to fill the slot for the cancelled appointment then the security deposit or pre-paid treatment session will be forfeited.
Failure to arrive at your scheduled treatment time/appointment (a "no-show") will result in forfeiture of the security deposit or a treatment session in the case of a pre-paid treatment.
Please arrive for your appointment with 5-10 minutes to earlier; this allows for you fill in your client forms if you are a new client, to start to unwind and relax. As the therapist and room have been held especially for you, arriving late for appointments will result in a shortened session time so that clients following you will not be inconvenienced. Unfortunately, additional time cannot be given to clients who arrive late for their appointments unless it is the lash artist who is running behind then extra time will be allocated to your booking. In some cases the lash artist may also run behind with appointments clients will be then notified via text message or courtesy call prior to their appointment.
In some circumstances you may be allocated to a different lash artist from your booking
WE HAVE STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for reactions. By signing our consent forms, you acknowledge that allergies/reactions may occur and is not due to fault of our staff. We do offer a Free removal should this unfortunate event occur and they ask you contact them immediately you become aware so they can assist you as quickly as possible.
WE do not refill other salons work including refills in most circumstances unless the work is hand-made by a professional. Any pre-made lashes can not be refilled as they are inferior to hand-made Russian Volume lashes. A small removal charge will (in most cases) be applied for any new clients with pre existing lashes and you must make sure you advise us if you have any lashes on as we need to allocated extra time in your appointment. Failure to do so will mean that you will have a shorter lash application appointment, meaning your set may not be as full as you would like.
WHEN SCHEDULING REFILLS PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 40% OF YOUR EXTENSIONS ON EACH EYE. If you schedule under a refill and your eyeslashes are empty you will need to book in a longer appointment or notify us that you may need a fullset and you will be charged accordingly. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Be sure to come with a clean face & lashes and PLEASE NO Mascara or a $10.00 charge will be applied for us to remove it and it will cut into your lash application time
Appointments which have been prepaid can be rescheduled up to 2 times with 24hours notice minimum, if you can't make original scheduled date(s). This does not include if you missed a appointment, meaning you were late or a no-show
Training COURSES - terms & conditions
Deposits and fees shall not be refunded to the student under any circumstances unless Le Lash Beautique cancels the course however a date can be rescheduled if the student can not attend the date as previously agreed upon with Le Lash Beautique.
The deposit is required with the application form to secure a place in each course. Enrolment cannot be processed and booked until the deposit for the designated course is paid.
An extra charge of $50 will be charged if the student misses a class date and has to attend replacement classes. It is the responsibility of all students to remain committed to their training program and attend all classes.
Students will need to pay prior to collecting the kit or on the day. Kits are not included in the course fees.
It is the responsibility of the student to provide models if and when required for practical sessions and especially for the eyelash course assessment unless one can not be organised by the student in which case Le Lash Beautique will arrange one of their choice.
The student acknowledges and agrees to abide by the rules set down in the Le Lash Beautique Policy, which is intended to benefit all students in the operation of the course.
Le Lash Beautique reserves the right to expel any student from attending the course who is not following course procedures as stipulated in the course policy.
A fee of $20 will be charged for the replacement Statement of Attainment or Certificate and associated postage costs.
Le Lash Beautique reserves the right to defer or cancel the course date. If group training numbers of 3-4 are not met, Le Lash Beautique reserves the right to defer the course to another date.
The parents or legal guardians of prospective students under the age of 18 years of age, must sign the application for enrolment form and accept legal responsibility for Course fees and the behaviour and discipline of the student as long as they are attending the course.
